Is the tea Set available everyday?

a Monday - Friday (non-holidays) 12 pm & 1:30 pm at SF and Palo Alto locations

Can I make a reservation for today?

A 48-hour advance reservation required with credit card at time of booking.

What if I need to change the number of reservation?

Please give us a call 24 hours before the reservation time for any changes.

What's the cancellation policy?

$15 charge will apply if cancelled before 48 hours for processing fee. No refund if cancelled after 48 hours from your reservation date.

How many people does a Tea Set serve?

One Tea Set is great for 2 people

Do you have a vegetarian version?

Yes, we do

Do you offer gluten free option?

Unfortunately not
